  • Order

    How to place a pre-order?

    To pre-order an item in our online store, please:

    - Create an account or log in using the "My Account" tab in the top right corner of the screen
    - Select your articles available for subsequent delivery
    - Click "pre-order"
    - Confirm and pay for your order
    Once your order is approved, you will receive an order confirmation email.

    To track the progress of your order at any time, please visit your account and click on "My Orders". Under this section, you will find details of your orders, and can print your invoices.

    Order problems and cancellation options:

    - Indicate your delivery address
    - Confirm and pay for your order

    Adding an article to your basket:

    To add an article to your basket, you should visit the page for the product you wish to buy, select your size and then click on "Add to Basket". 


    Confirm my basket

    To view and order the products in your basket, visit "My Basket" located at the top right corner of the home page.

    Deleting articles from your basket

    To delete articles from your basket, click on "Delete article" appearing under each product line.

    Term of validity of each product

    The product will remain in your basket without any limited time defined in the cookies of your web browser. To empty your basket, you can delete articles directly from the basket page, or delete cookies from your browser.

    Using a promotional code

    To use a promotional code, you simply need to enter the promotional code into the corresponding area at the time of confirming your basket. Once the code has been approved, the promotional offer will be automatically applied to your order.

    Complaints relating to any article purchase in the store

    For complaints or claims relating to any article purchased in the store, please visit your retail outlet with your article and proof of purchase. The store manager will then outline the adequate solution. In the event of any dispute, the retail outlet will directly contact the customer service team so as to seek a satisfactory solution.

    Cost, Delay and delivery Methods.

    The Manoush online store offers two delivery methods:

    UPS standard delivery

    Average delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days depending on the destination.

    Once UPS receives your package, you can track the progress of your order at any time on www.ups.com using the package tracking number available from your online account under the order details, or as sent to you by email with your order confirmation.

    Express Delivery.

    Delivery during the working day immediately following the date of order within most European business centres.
    Delivery at the end of the second working day to the majority of commercial addresses located in the USA and primary Canadian business centres.
    Delivery to Asia within two or three working days during the day.
    Delivery on a given date, during the day, to other countries.

    If you are not present, UPS will re-attempt delivery on the subsequent working day. After three attempted deliveries, the package will be returned to sender.

     

    New delivery address. 

    We offer the possibility of creating several delivery addresses within a single client account. Under the "My Account" section, you can modify or add an address to which you want deliveries to be made by clicking on "modify" or "add an address". 

  • Stock Article

    Reserve an article.

    No articles can be reserved in our online store.

    You can, however, contact a store so as to check on the availability of a product and to reserve this where possible.

    Know the stock in stores.

    By contacting the customer service team, you can receive information about items in stock at any store across the Manoush network, as well as stock information for previous collections.

    Moreover, each Manoush store is able to view the stock levels available for the entire Manoush network. We advise you to directly contact a store who will be in a better position to answer your queries.

    Article availability.

    An article no longer appears on the website, why is this?
    It is possible that some articles in our online store disappear at the end of the season. These products are removed during maintenance as they are unavailable and will not be in stock until the end of the season.

     

    Items photos.

    The fundamental characteristics of articles are indicated in our online store under article specifications. Images, photos and colours of articles for sale may not exactly match the real colours due to the effects of the internet browser and screen resolution used. 

     

    Fitting of the products.

    To view the corresponding sizes of La Maison Manoush products, please visit the size guide information appearing under each product specification. 

  • Returns & Exchanges

    Following the date of shipment, you have seven days in which to return an article and be reimbursed for amounts already paid.

    Articles should be returned new, in the original packaging and with a return number which will appear under "My Account".
